It bears repeating—building strong relationships among the disciples is key. If you remember, Jesus invited men into his life, giving them a new-found worth when society had labeled them as commoners. Make your focus the same. These men and women you have invited into your life have been entrusted to you from the Lord. Treat them as you would your own children.

Build a regular rhythm of eating together and asking questions.

• What was the best part of your week?
• What was the worst part of your week?
• What is the number one thing Jesus is teaching you right now?

As they answer, be asking the Lord whether or not to press further using the Learning Circle. Let it be natural.
